Look no farther than Caldwell Outdoor Equipment, Truly a five star dealer. bought a hustler mower with out setting foot in the dealership.Ben was upfront and very helpful, answering every question in detail and sending pictures. not every day you can buy 600 miles away with full confidants but you can here !! Thanks to Ben and Caldwell Outdoor Equipment
Bought a new zero turn mower from Caldwell Outdoor Equipment. Sales person was Kurt and he did a great job answering my questions and organizing our purchase. Zero Turn mowers are an investment and you have to be as confident in where you buy as much as in what you buy. Highly recommend this company. They operate with integrity and honesty and they carry equipment of the highest quality.
Ben John provided the best sales experience I have had in years. no pressure all questions answered with honesty and feedback that was useful not just numbers. Found me the best deal possible on the mower that fit my needs. Worth the drive
My sales person Ben was great. No pressure sales. He recommend multiple mowers the size I needed. I was able to drive them, leave, think it over, and return. I was even able to test the mower again before I made my final decision. My experience has been great. If anything could have been better it would have been a full tank of fuel. I spend $8000 on a brand new mower and have to stop on the way home and put $25 of fuel in it.
I am moving and really didn't want to go through the hassle of selling my Zero Turn Mower. I called and spoke to their service manager, Matt Finkes and my experience was fantastic. Within a few days they came over 70 miles (Wentzville) to my house, picked up my mower, evaluated it's value, gave me a fantastic offer, and made the experience one of the best vendor experiences I have ever had. Thank you Matt, thank you Caldwell Outdoor Equipment and Happy Holidays!!!
Caldwell listed a used plow on Craigslist which we called about and then decided to buy. I was quoted a shipping price by the sales person. Then he said it had to be 'approved' by the sales manager. Well, the price magically went up $100 because 'we were considered in a residential area'. Even though we are in a commercial warehouse building, surrounded by commercial properties and a stone's throw from a major highway. The 'used' plow ended up costing about the same as a new one...go figure. Companies like this give craigslist a bad rap. Classic bait and switch. Bought a new plow from Equipment Specialists instead. They were farther away yet my shipping was cheaper. If you are looking for a snow plow..shop around.
Daniel was very informative and they were able to work with me on my trade ins. Very straight forward process. Financing options are great, especially when you're trying to get the most out of you small landscaping business. I would highly recommend driving out of your way for great customer service. Thank you all again for your help. Phil.
