It gives me great honor and a great privilege to leave this review for this wonderful company. I've never... done this before. But this is, by far the best experience I've ever had. I have searched and did a lot of research on getting a lawnmower for my house and Caldwell Equipment. They had all the answer to every single one of my question? Yes, I did buy an expensive one. But there was a reason why I got such a good deal on it. I'm very happy with it.It's gonna last me a very long time. But that's not what makes Caldwell Equipment the best. I do have to apologize because I cannot remember the loan officers name. Her professionalism is just as top-notch as everybody else, that works there. An I remember the salesman's name is cause it's my name. Chris was the most professional salesman I have ever had the privilege to talk and do business. His knowledge of all the equipment is top notch. He's polite, he listens to your story. He'll answer any question that you give him. That's just the tip of the iceberg of what this company does for their customers. They have the best maintenance package. I've ever seen and it's affordable, especially what you get for what you pay for.. You can do monthly or yearly, and it covers everything. I never have to work on this mower. I never have to do anything with it when it's time to be worked on, they come and pick it up.They take it to their shop.Fix it and they bring it home. Yes, I could have went with a cheaper mower but what got money value, value out ways the money. If you are shopping for mower no matter what it is. Caldwell is the place. I wish I could get more star rating. 5 is not enough. Also they are delivering the machine to my house. Highly recommend going to Caldwell.And if you can afford it, buy the ferris IS700.read more
